The FF Weekend Warrior events will be social, helpful, and have a friendly competitive atmosphere. We encourage sharing setups, and helping others progress in their online racing careers.
Clean racing will be rewarded . A clean 0 incident race will garnish 4pts, a 1 incident race will get you 2 pts. Collect 13 incidents, and a you get a black flag drive thru penalty. 18 incidents gets a DQ.
Performance bonuses are awarded for each class. 1pt for a lap led in class. Leading the most laps in class will each be 3 pts. Fastest lap in class will be 1 pt. Participation bonus: finish the race and get 2pts (80% to allow for lap down or tow/repair)
We meet on: Sundays @ 1630 GMT for a 60 min practice and a 20 min open qual. Qualify starts at 1730. The 40 min race starts at 1750 GMT.
We will be limiting the fuel to 85% for all races. This is approximately 30 min of fuel.
Seasons will have 12 races following the D level Ray FF1600 Official “Trophy” Series except when the official schedule doubles up on the same track during the season. League admin will choose another track that usually lines up with one of the other WW leagues.
We are proud to showcase 3 separate classes within the race. Spec 1 is for advanced drivers 3500 irating and up, identified by car numbers under 200. Spec 2 class is for the amateur level drivers under 3500 irating, and identified by car numbers 200-899. Master’s class for drivers age 60+ and identified by car numbers 900-999. Points are awarded based on overall finishing position meaning each position on track is worth more points, so everyone still races everyone.
